Emily Roberts is a dedicated cybersecurity specialist at Hedgehog Security, where she brings her passion for cyber threat intelligence to the forefront of her work. With a sharp focus on identifying and mitigating the latest threats, Emily plays a critical role in ensuring our clients' systems are secure and resilient against cyberattacks.

Emily’s journey into cybersecurity was driven by her deep curiosity about the digital world and the ever-evolving nature of cyber threats. She has been with Hedgehog Security since 2020, where she leads security assessments, penetration testing, and the deployment of our SOC365 monitoring service. Her expertise lies not only in identifying vulnerabilities but in addressing the root causes, providing our clients with tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

Currently, Emily is pursuing a PhD in Cyber Threat Intelligence, further deepening her understanding and expertise in this critical area. Her research is focused on the intersection of threat intelligence and proactive defense strategies, aiming to push the boundaries of what’s possible in cybersecurity.

Outside of the SOC, Emily is an avid surfer and photographer. Whether she’s catching waves or capturing stunning landscapes, she finds inspiration in the natural world, which fuels her creative problem-solving approach in cybersecurity. Her love for surfing mirrors her professional ethos—remaining agile, anticipating the next move, and navigating challenges with precision and skill.
