Diana Szyperska

As Operations Manager at Hedgehog Security, Diana keeps her finger on the pulse and consistently demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in meeting the company’s evolving needs. Her keen attention to detail, combined with a passion for efficiency, organisation, and human-centred work culture, plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth operational flow. Diana possesses one of the rarest personality types: INFJ, embodying a unique blend of vision and pragmatism. She is quick to master new technological tools, adapts to change with ease and is highly persistent in achieving her goals. Dedication to personal development and overcoming challenges have contributed to her maturity and resilience, which shines through in her ability to smile into adversity, transform problems into opportunities, and build trust-based culture in organisations.

Prior to her current role, Diana honed her leadership and organisation skills in the maritime sector as a skipper, where she was mentored by Hedgehog's CEO. In her most recent maritime roles she served as a superyacht manager and the right hand of a captain with advanced muscular dystrophy on his custom-made luxury catamaran, who described her as "engineer mind" who "can manage storms". She also worked as crew for a yacht delivery on a challenging route from France, through the Red Sea, to Seychelles. Her experience extends to various roles, including office management, project management, and leadership of volunteer organizations. Passionate about empowering teams and nurturing people's talents, Diana also worked as a head of department, coordinator, team leader, careers advisor and educator/examiner in the fields of Critical Thinking, Linguistics, Integrated Humanities, Ethics and Science of Wellbeing in premium international educational institutions. Her diverse background reflects a commitment to excellence, organisation skills, adaptability and a multifaceted approach to leadership.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys creating art, sailing, interior design, DIY, exploring off-grid sustainable lifestyle, training race horses, and supporting people affected by chronic conditions as a certified Radical Remission Mentor.
